  • Go to the download page and tap Get or Install button to install the app in your phone.

  • Tap on the app to open the app in your phone.
  • Log in to the app by using your Netgear account.

  • The app will demand to scan the Orbi router QR code which you will find at the base of the device.
  • Now, you can select the model and connect the Orbi nodes together.

How to Update Orbi Router?

While setting up the Orbi router in your home, you will be given setup option to update the Orbi if the new version is available. If you skip the page then follow some instructions.

  • Go to the Settings and find Update tab.
  • Just tap on Update button to start the process.

How to Change Orbi Password?

How to Dispel Orbi Technical Issues?

Reboot Orbi

You should refresh Orbi device by rebooting it to dispel the technical problem. Unplug the power cord to disconnect the power supply and then plug it again to socket to complete the reboot process.

Reset Orbi

By resetting Orbi, all the data and settings will be deleted. Then you have to re-perform Orbi router setup after the reset. Find and long press the RESET button given on its back to perform factory reset process.
