Orbi RBR350 Lights Overview
At first, let’s see which Orbi router lights mean which status;
LEDs Color | Meaning |

Pulsing White | Orbi router is booting or you have pressed Sync button. |
Solid White | Orbi router resetting to its factory default settings. |
Solid Magenta | Router not connected to the internet or can’t connect to internet. |
No Color (Off) | The router is working normally and finished booting. |

Orbi RBR350 Setup
First you have to connect the router to the home modem and then you have to connect the satellites to the router wirelessly;
Router Setup
- You have to place the router near to the modem connected to the ISP server.
- Connect the Ethernet cable to the router WAN port and insert the other end to the LAN port of modem.
- Turn on the Orbi router and modem after the cable connection and sync the satellites.
Satellite Setup
- Power the satellites unit to by connecting the power cord to the connector and plug the adapter in wall socket.
- Press the router sync button and then press the satellite sync button to connect them wirelessly.

There are two methods to configure the router and satellites which are through computer and via your phone.
Via Computer
- Connect computer to the Orbi network via LAN cable or SSID.
- Open web browser and search the URL orbilogin.net or IP address 192.168.1.1.
- You will get to the login page; here you have to enter the username and password (given on the router and satellite label.
Access the interface via admin credentials and configure the mesh system to complete Orbi router setup.
Via Phone
- Connect the phone to the orbi network via SSID.
- Download the Orbi app from the Play Store or App store.
- Open the app and enter the login credentials (username and password)
- Now, on the app dashboard, you can manage the Orbi settings.
Orbi RBR350 Firmware Update
You can update the firmware through the Orbi app as well as from the web interface; have a look at both the methods.
Update via App
Open the Orbi app> go in to the settings> select the Firmware tab> toggle the Automatic Firmware Update option.
Update via Interface
Access the Orbi interface window> go in to the Advanced Settings> open the Firmware tab> search for latest update file and download it> install the Update by clicking the Install button.
